Shipping and Returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email this to email@example.com and state your intent to return your item.
To return your item, please send it to: Robert Grunenberg GmbH, Marburgerstraße 3, 10789 Berlin. You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping for returning your item, and all returns must include tracking.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
